We have been learning a lot about how we resolve conflict here at Compass. As I look and examine my conflict style, I also see the need for the Holy Spirit to help me morph into other styles when it is appropriate, and to understand the styles of others. It's also important to realize how we perceive things, namely from what angle. Do I confront assuming the other person is wrong? Or do I think the best and ask appropriate questions?
Just for fun, what do you notice first in this picture?
Are you drawn to the flowers or the horse ----? I know that's not fair. Why would anyone in their right mind take this picture anyways? I was drawn to the oddity of this scene and giggled knowing it would be fun to use on a blog!
